BLACK SEA BREAD-BAKING CUP "BREAD WITHOUT BORDERS"

The International Public Chamber is a partner of the Black Sea Bread Cup "Bread Without Borders," held November 17-19, 2021, at VDNKh under the auspices of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).

The Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) is an international intergovernmental organization uniting 13 states to promote cooperation, peace, stability, and prosperity in the Black Sea basin. The organization's members are Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine. Austria, Belarus, Germany, Egypt, Israel, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, the United States, Tunisia, France, Croatia, and the Czech Republic hold observer status. The United Kingdom, Hungary, Jordan, Iran, Cyprus, the Republic of Korea, Slovenia, Montenegro, and Japan hold BSEC partner status.

The Cup is organized by the Russian Guild of Bakers and Confectioners, with the support of the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the International Public Chamber.

The Cup's goals include promoting the baker's profession, sharing experiences among bakers from member countries of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, and fostering an atmosphere of tolerance, as bread is a symbol of life, peace, goodness, prosperity, and the unity of nations.

As part of the event, each participating country represents a team of three people, as well as one national representative on the jury.
